Refund Policy

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and handles payments, invoices, returns and payment-related support on our behalf. Paddle's refund policy also applies to your purchase.

• 14-day money-back guarantee. Ask within 14 days of your first paid charge and we refund it in full, no questions asked.
• Cancel any time. Cancel from your billing page or through Paddle. Cancelling stops the next renewal and you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
• Upgrades and downgrades. Changing plans mid-period is prorated automatically — you are only charged or credited the difference.
• Renewals. Monthly renewals are generally non-refundable after the first 14 days. If you cancel within 48 hours of an unwanted annual renewal and have not used the new period, we refund it.
• Service faults. If a fault on our side stops you practising for more than 48 consecutive hours, tell us and we will credit or refund that period pro rata.
• Statutory rights. Consumers in the EU and UK keep their 14-day right of withdrawal for digital services. Where you ask us to start immediately, we may reduce the refund in proportion to what you have already used, as the law allows.

We cannot offer refunds because an estimated band score differed from an official IELTS result. Our scores are AI estimates for practice only and we make no guarantee about exam outcomes — see our Terms of Service.

Request a refund directly from our reseller at paddle.net using the email address on your order, or email support@yourieltsprep.com from the address on your account, or use the contact form. We reply within 2 business days and approved refunds reach your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
