Refund and Cancellation Policy

Payments are sold by Nishkarsh Dubb, trading as YourIELTSPrep, and processed securely by Stripe. Stripe handles card processing and receipts on our behalf; payment-related support is handled directly by us at nishdubb20@gmail.com.

• Payments are non-refundable. Subscription charges and one-off credit top-ups are non-refundable once the payment has been made.
• Credits. Purchased credits are added to your account as soon as the payment succeeds and stay usable for 12 months from the date of purchase. Unused credits are not refunded or exchanged for cash.
• Statutory rights. Nothing here removes rights you have under the consumer law that applies to you. Where the law gives you a refund right that we cannot exclude, that right still stands.

• Cancel at any time. Cancel from your billing page in the app. There is no cancellation fee and no minimum term.
• You keep access. After cancelling, you keep your plan and its credits until the end of the billing period you have already paid for.
• No further charges. You are not charged on your next billing date. Your account moves to the free plan when the period ends, and any purchased top-up credits remain available until they expire.

We cannot offer refunds because a practice band score differed from an official IELTS result. Our scores are AI feedback for practice only and we make no guarantee about exam outcomes - see our Terms of Service.
